Eat First
Eat small and frequent throughout the day. Doing this will keep you from being tempted to over indulge. I know it sounds funny, but you never want to eat when you are hungry. Keep a protein bar on hand to eat throughout the day. Soups and salad blunt hunger when eaten at the start of a meal.

ReplyDeleteGreat advice. i find that doing this helps me eat less at main meal times. also you use this food as energy throughout the day. i must do the soup one more - have a bowl before meals. thanks for this.

I agree. I'm way less tempted to overindulge if I eat a little throughout the day.
